"All aboard! Next stop..."

Greetings and welcome aboard the E&J Railroad. This freelance N-scale 7' x 3.5' railroad serves as a branchline in the foothills of North Carolina. Started in the early 1920s, the E&J Railroad shares its trackage with the growing railroads nearby.

Below are some pictures from the E&J Railroad.



The layout is capable of running three trains on either separate loops or one continuous run. The last picture in the series is a picture of Signal Research's Roadmaster computer that monitors train movement. It's purpose is to make sure there aren't any collisions.
